We ship products from Italy to:
- Within Italy (national)
- Other European countries (EU)
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 48–72 business hours.
- Free Shipping: Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. Pre-order items may have different shipping dates as indicated on the product page.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected:
- Within Italy: Standard 3–5 days, Express 48–72 hours
- Europe: Standard 3–5 days, Express 48–72 hours

4. Pre-Orders
Some products may be available for pre-order.
- Pre-order period: Specified on the product page
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase
- Production: Products are produced by hand after the pre-order period ends
- Shipping: Pre-order items will be shipped on the date indicated on the product page
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your pre-order has been shipped
